A NOTE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
President-Maddie Strojie
Class of 2024
My name is Maddie Strojie and I proudly serve as the Chapter President of the Gamma Chi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. I am from Orlando, Florida, and a rising senior pursuing a Molecular and Cellular Biology Major with a minor in Psychology. On campus, I am also a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, Beta Beta Beta, and Psi Chi.
Our sisters at Stetson University have exemplified Alpha Chi Omega’s core values of academic interest, character, leadership ability, financial responsibility, and personal development for nearly 70 years. Our members shine in countless campus organizations like FOCUS, Hatterthon, Student Government Association, Alpha Kappa Psi, Roland George Investments Program, the Bonner Program, and many more! I am so proud to surround myself with strong women who continue to showcase their passions each day.
When I received my bid from Alpha Chi Omega, I never imagined standing before my sisters as Chapter president three years later. My sisters have given me a place to feel comfortable, accepted, and loved. Their unconditional support helped me grow into a real, strong woman with unwavering confidence. Being a part of this chapter has not only
allowed me to meet so many wonderful peers who have since turned into lifelong friends, but it also has also broadened my perspectives, bolstered my academics, and challenged and refined my leadership skills in the most empowering way. I am so grateful to be part of such an amazing and impactful organization, and I look forward to watching the chapter grown and excel this year. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome home our next class this fall. Alumnae, sisters, and those interested in our sisterhood, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. You are always welcome behind our little red door!
Loyally,
Maddie Strojie MC ‘21
Chapter President
